A majority of people are working in at least one team today. It may be very effective and fulfilling - if the team works well. Unfortunately, Human beings as we are, everyone comes with her or his whole being including history and experiences into the collaboration. This may evolve to be the most challenging part of team work. One team member - the others experience - is grumpy, keeping information, blaming etc. This decreases the trust in the team and soon the performance drops and/or some members leave.

This program is designed for your team. And as always with us Human beings change takes time and the outcome depends on the length and intensity of the process. It is absolutely possible for your team to flourish with trust, honest communication, high aspirations and clear systems.
Is the team in trouble?
Sometimes people have a tendency to create trouble in a team. In spite of some attempts by the leader and/or HR the culture in the team does not change.
Performing with control?Â
It is possible to have a team perform with strict control, telling what to do and how to do it. This may work for some time, but then the polarity - silent or loud protest appears.
Want a self-directing team?
When team members are willing to take responsibility for their behaviour including communication style, connection, sharing, the team grows to be self-directing. They have goals from the strategy but mostly find out how to reach them by themselves.
Process
The Vertical Gestalt Team Coaching process is created in collaboration with the customer. The price depends on the the size of the team, the duration of the program, whether assessments or individual coaching are included.
As an example a process for a team of 7 members + leader, 4 sessions 2 hrs face to face if applicable in Southern Filand or including travel costs (if not virtually). Each member is interviewed (45 minutes, virtual) before the Team sessions start.
Normal price 7 400 € + 3 000 € = 10 400 € + VAT if applicable
For agreements before the end of March 2025 there is a 25 % reduction in price
OFFER PRICE 5 550 € + 2 250 € = 7 800 € + VAT if applicable
TRAVELÂ costs are added if personal meetings are outside the Helsinki or Porvoo region.
